If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly questioning everything—this is the place to start.
Not with another strategy.
Not with a big decision.
But with clarity.
If you’re here, chances are you recognize yourself in this:
You’ve built a life or business that looks good on paper
You’re competent, responsible, and used to carrying a lot
You’re tired of pushing, fixing, and “figuring it out”
You’re wondering whether the problem is what you do—or how you’re doing it
You may even be asking yourself:
Do I really want to keep doing this for the rest of my life?
I might just want to quit Dentistry?
Or do I just want my life back?
That distinction matters more than you think.
This is not a motivation problem
And it’s not a lack of discipline, ambition, or intelligence.
Most people at this crossroads are not lazy or lost.
They’re over-regulated for survival and under-supported for clarity.
When your nervous system has been in “go mode” for too long,
everything starts to feel heavy:
Decision-making becomes foggy
Joy feels distant
Big choices start to feel urgent
That’s not the moment to make life-altering decisions.
That’s the moment to pause.
This introduction is not coaching.
It’s not therapy.
And it’s not a sales pitch.
It’s a guided orientation into:
why clarity disappears under pressure
how mindset actually works when it’s embodied (not forced)
why changing your circumstances without changing your internal state rarely works
how this applies to both life and business
Think of it as a recalibration point.
A place to breathe.
To see clearly again.
To understand what’s really asking for your attention.
My name is Rika Markel.
I’ve spent four decades in healthcare, in many different roles.
The last 2 in Dental Care.
I’ve worked hard, taken responsibility, pushed through, and “done all the right things as I thought I was supposed to do.”
I also made just about every mistake in the book.
What I eventually learned—through experience, reflection, and working with incredible coaches—is this:
The problems I was trying to solve were never the real problems.
Once I understood that, everything changed.
Not overnight. But steadily. Sustainably.
Today, I help professionals do what I wish I had done sooner:
slow down enough to see clearly—before changing everything.

- You feel at a crossroads but don’t want impulsive decisions
- You’re open to inner work that translates into real-life change
- You want clarity that supports both your wellbeing and your work
- You’re done living in limbo.
- You tried everything but you are still overwhelmed.
- You’re looking for quick fixes or external solutions
-You want someone to tell you what to do
- You’re not willing to pause before pushing forward
I was where you are today multiple times in my life,
I wish that someone would have told me then what I am about to share with you.
Start with clarity. (I will show you how that looks like)
If this resonates, you’re invited to join this introduction.
No pressure.
No commitments
Just a clear starting point
Nothing to buy
What do you have to lose?
